Responsibilities and Duties
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our digital products (Diagnosis Tools, Repair Management System, SaaS Auction Platform) and technology services (Web/Mobile Development, IoT, AI/ML, Digital Transformation).
- Drive B2B SaaS & IT services sales: lead generation, partner onboarding, pilots, and deal closures.
- Build strong networks with OEMs, repair/service providers, and resellers.
- Explore new industry verticals (electronics, appliances, IoT, AI/ML).
- Manage pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for scoping and execution.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B technology/IT sales (preferably SaaS, ERP/CRM, or digital transformation).
- Strong exposure to enterprise sales, partner development, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
